These terms and conditions apply between the person(s) or company specified on your registration form (“Registrant“) and AltsAxis, LLC (“AltsAxis“) that is the owner and operator of the event. Registrant is applying to attend the event listed on the booking form (“Event“). Please review them carefully as they contain important information about your registration. By submitting your registration to attend the Event you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms AltsAxis will be unable to accept your registration.

  1. Registration Confirmation
    Your registration whether submitted directly by you or on your behalf to attend the Event is subject to AltsAxis acceptance in writing via email. A binding agreement between AltsAxis and the Registrant will only be formed when written confirmation is sent by AltsAxis to you the Registrant. AltsAxis reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to accept your registration. AltsAxis reserves the right to refuse entry or ask an individual to leave the premises at which the Event is held for any reason, at any time.
  1. Cancellation by Registrant

Registrant will receive a full refund of fees paid to AltsAxis if Registrant cancels their registration 90 days or more prior to the Event. Any cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Event are not eligible for a refund but may be used as a credit for a future event within a 12-month period from the date of cancelation. No cancellations are accepted once the Registrant has accessed the meeting scheduler. All cancellations must be sent by email to help@altsaxis.com.

  1. Cancellation by AltsAxis

AltsAxis reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances which would make the Event non-viable, such as acts of god, acts of war, state of emergencies, public health hazards, pandemics, curtailment of transportation, labor strikes, or unavailability of the exhibit facility for any reason. If AltsAxis cancels the Event outright, Registrant will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the Event, Registrant will receive a credit to the same Event at the new, future date.

  1. Indemnification

Each party agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the Event that is the subject of this Agreement, including without limitation, health and safety codes, anti-terrorism, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering laws and regulations, and fire regulations. Each party agrees to cooperate with the other party and any relevant government authority to ensure compliance with such applicable laws and regulations. Registrant expressly acknowledges and agrees that AltsAxis’ ability to perform under this Agreement is subject to AltsAxis’ compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to sanctions laws and regulations. In addition to any other legal rights and remedies available to AltsAxis under applicable laws, AltsAxis may cancel the Event and this Agreement without liability to Registrant, Registrant’s attendees or any third parties who may otherwise have benefitted from the Event under this Agreement if AltsAxis reasonably believes it is necessary to do so in order for AltsAxis to comply with AltsAxis’ obligations under all applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the state of New Jersey.
